Join our vibrant early childhood education team as an Early Preschool Teacher, where your enthusiasm and expertise will ignite a love of learning in young children. <Responsibilities>

  • Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori principles to support holistic childhood development.
  • Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, independence, and positive behavior management.
  • Plan and execute engaging lessons tailored to the developmental needs of toddlers and preschoolers, including activities focused on early intervention and special education strategies.
  • Manage classroom routines effectively to ensure safety, discipline, and smooth transitions throughout the day.
  • Collaborate with parents and caregivers to communicate progress, address concerns, and support child welfare initiatives.
  • Incorporate standardized testing methods when appropriate to assess developmental milestones and learning progress.
  • Support children’s social skills by fostering respectful interactions, emotional regulation, and cooperative play.

<Requirements>

  • Proven experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting; prior classroom management experience is essential.
  • Strong knowledge of childhood development principles, early intervention techniques, and behavior management strategies.
  • Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, literacy education, math instruction, and Montessori methods.
  • Ability to work effectively with children with diverse needs including special education requirements.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage with children, parents, and team members clearly and positively.
  • Relevant certifications in early childhood education or childcare are preferred; ongoing professional development is encouraged.
  • Passion for nurturing young minds through creative teaching methods such as tutoring physical education or implementing standardized assessments. Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
