<Responsibilities>
- Develop and implement age-appropriate curricula that incorporate literacy education, math, physical education, and Montessori principles to support holistic childhood development.
- Create a warm, welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration, independence, and positive behavior management.
- Plan and execute engaging lessons tailored to the developmental needs of toddlers and preschoolers, including activities focused on early intervention and special education strategies.
- Manage classroom routines effectively to ensure safety, discipline, and smooth transitions throughout the day.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to communicate progress, address concerns, and support child welfare initiatives.
- Incorporate standardized testing methods when appropriate to assess developmental milestones and learning progress.
- Support children’s social skills by fostering respectful interactions, emotional regulation, and cooperative play.
<Requirements>
- Proven experience working with young children in a daycare or preschool setting; prior classroom management experience is essential.

- Familiarity with curriculum development, lesson planning, literacy education, math instruction, and Montessori methods.
- Ability to work effectively with children with diverse needs including special education requirements.
