Eaton - Enovia Support Engineer

This is a remote position.

• Provide technical support and perform regular maintenance of Enovia PLM applications and related web interfaces

• 
  Manage and monitor Linux servers hosting Enovia and associated services

• 
  Utilize the Enovia Spinner Tool for configurations, deployments, and environment management

• 
  Develop and execute MQL (Matrix Query Language) scripts for data queries, configurations, and issue resolution

• 
  Perform system health checks, log reviews, performance tuning, and patch updates

• 
  Troubleshoot and resolve application performance, availability, and infrastructure reliability issues

• 
  Collaborate with development and infrastructure teams to support code deployments, server provisioning, and system upgrades

• 
  Maintain documentation for configurations, SOPs, and troubleshooting guides

• 
  Participate in incident, problem, and change management activities in line with ITIL practices

• 
  3+ years of hands-on experience with Enovia PLM support (V6 / 3DEXPERIENCE)

• 
  Strong expertise in Enovia Spinner Tool

• 
  Proficiency in MQL scripting for Enovia data management and configurations

• 
  Solid working knowledge of Linux OS (Red Hat, CentOS) and command-line administration

• 
  Experience with application servers such as Tomcat, WebLogic, or WebSphere

• 
  Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with knowledge of web technologies and application lifecycle management

• 
  Familiarity with system monitoring tools such as Nagios, Prometheus, or similar, along with log analysis

• 
  Knowledge of Enovia modules such as Engineering Central, Product Central, Program Central, Change Management, Configuration & BOM Management

• 
  Understanding of MatrixOne database concepts including object schema, attributes, and business objects

• 
  Experience with customization and development using JPO (Java Program Objects), TCL scripting, and UI customization with Enovia Studio/Widgets

• 
  Exposure to Java/J2EE, JSP, HTML, JavaScript, XML for customization

• 
  Scripting knowledge in Shell, Python, or Perl for automation

• 
  Experience with ERP/PLM integration (SAP, Oracle, Windchill)

• 
  Experience with CAD integration (CATIA, SolidWorks, NX)

• 
  Database knowledge (Oracle/SQL Server) and SQL performance tuning

• 
  Understanding of networking and security concepts such as SSL/TLS, load balancers, and certificates

• 
  Strong PLM domain knowledge including engineering change management, BOM (EBOM/MBOM/SBOM), compliance, versioning, and revision control
