Key Responsibilities:
Order Dispatch & Fulfillment:
- Manage daily e-commerce order dispatch operations across all shifts.
- Ensure accurate picking, packing, and dispatching of orders within SLA timelines.
- Monitor order status from confirmation to delivery completion.
Team Management:
- Supervise and allocate tasks to dispatchers, packers, and riders.
- Prepare duty rosters, manage attendance, and control overtime.
- Train staff on SOPs, order handling, and system usage.
Logistics & Rider Coordination:
- Coordinate with in-house riders and third-party delivery partners.
- Optimize delivery routes for time and cost efficiency.
- Handle rider issues, delays, and emergency dispatch situations.
System & Reporting:
- Ensure correct order updates in OMS / POS / delivery apps.
- Generate daily dispatch, delay, cancellation, and return reports.
- Track KPIs such as on-time delivery, order accuracy, and rider productivity.
Customer & Issue Handling:
- Resolve delivery-related customer complaints and escalations.
- Investigate order mismatches, missing items, and delivery failures.
- Coordinate with customer support for quick resolution.
Compliance & Process Control:
- Ensure adherence to hygiene, packing, and safety standards.
- Enforce company SOPs and e-commerce policies.
- Identify process gaps and recommend operational improvements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Operations, Supply Chain, or related field)
- 2–4 years of experience in e-commerce dispatch or logistics operations
- Strong leadership and coordination skills
- Hands-on experience with OMS / POS / delivery platforms
- Ability to work under pressure and manage high order volumes
- Good communication and problem-solving skills
