Ecommerce Manager

Role Overview

The Ecommerce Manager will be responsible for driving growth across our online platforms, managing the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce business, and ensuring a seamless customer journey. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, digital marketing expertise, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute ecommerce strategies to achieve sales, conversion, and profitability targets.
  • Manage product listings, pricing, promotions, and inventory across ecommerce platforms (website, marketplaces, and social commerce).
  • Optimize the online customer journey to maximize engagement, retention, and sales.
  • Monitor site performance, analytics, and user behavior to identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams on campaigns, SEO/SEM, and digital advertising.
  • Oversee ecommerce order fulfillment, delivery, and customer service processes.
  • Conduct regular competitor analysis and market research to identify trends and opportunities.
  • Manage relationships with technology vendors, payment gateways, and logistics partners.
  • Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for management with actionable insights.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Ecommerce, or related field (Master’s preferred).
  • 5+ years of proven experience in ecommerce management,
  • Strong knowledge of ecommerce platforms Shopify
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Ads, SEO tools, etc.).
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and project management skills.
  • Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional user experiences.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
