Job Overview

SIWTech SMC-Private Limited is hiring an experienced Ecommerce Marketplace Expert who can manage ecommerce businesses from zero to scale and, most importantly, can handle and fix account issues.

This is not a theory-based role. We need someone with real practical experience and proof of work.

Marketplaces You Must Handle

Required Experience:

• Amazon (USA)
• eBay (USA)
• Walmart (USA)
• Shopify (USA, UAE, Pakistan)
• Noon (UAE)
• Daraz (Pakistan)
• Pakistan local ecommerce platforms (optional but preferred)

Plus Points (Preferred but not mandatory):

• Amazon UK
• Amazon Australia
• eBay UK / AU

Core Responsibilities

• Create, verify, and manage seller accounts on all above platforms
• Full account management:
• Product research & selection
• Listing creation & SEO optimization
• Inventory & order management
• Pricing strategy & competitor analysis
• Promotions & paid ads (Amazon PPC, platform ads, etc.)
• Critical Skill – Account Issue Handling:
• Amazon suspensions & reinstatement
• eBay selling limits & restrictions
• Walmart performance flags
• Verification failures (KYC, documents, video calls)
• Policy violations, warnings & appeals
• Writing professional Plans of Action (POA)
• Communicate confidently with:
• Marketplace support teams
• Suppliers
• Clients
• Via email, chat, and phone
• Prepare performance reports and growth strategies.

Mandatory Requirements (Strict Filtering)

• Proven hands-on experience on real seller accounts
• Must provide proof of previous work (screenshots, dashboards, case studies, accounts managed, etc.)
• Must have certification from recognized institutes such as:
• Enablers
• Empowerers
• Extreme Commerce
• DigiSkills
• Or other credible ecommerce / IT training institutes
• Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Graduation required)
• Strong English communication skills (spoken & written)
• Must be professional in supplier/client communication
• Must be able to work consistently 3PM–12AM

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs35,000.00 - Rs50,000.00 per month

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Karachi
