Responsible for managing day to day online business effectively through all channels. Facilitating customers' Online Journey and developing new strategies that contribute to company benefits.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Manage the Ecommerce Platform to increase online sales.
- Manage the relationship with the aggregators, drive visibility and increase sales and profit.
- Coordinate with HQ for website development, maintenance, and daily challenges to drive online sales.
- Promote the Ecommerce and Aggregators business in coordination with Marketing Team
- Deal with third parties including delivery companies and Payment Gateways with cost efficiency.
- Manage the Customer Service Agents to ensure high Customer satisfaction for the Online Business
- Build workflows to increase purchase, loyalty and basket size.
- Contribute to achieving the department KPIs targets.
- Prepare weekly and monthly reports, analyze the data and records, and give effective solutions and recommendations.
- Share insights on the market trends with the marketing team.
- Maintain deep knowledge about company's products and keep up to date with any relevant changes.
- Comply with company policies and procedures.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Marketing, Public Relations, Customer Service, or any related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of Marketing and Ecommerce experience in a related field.
