  • Leadership Development – Coaching leaders to establish accountability, build sustainable systems, and create cultures where teachers thrive and students succeed.

Through on-site support, data-driven strategies, and customized professional development, we collaborate with school and district teams to ensure that curriculum and coaching translate into stronger student outcomes.

About the Role

As a Genius Consultant, you will:

  • Coach Leaders – Grow leadership capacity through side-by-side coaching, accountability structures, and feedback loops.
  • Drive Innovation – Introduce and refine evidence-based practices that accelerate teacher and student growth.
