Electrical Dispatcher/Scheduler

As we continue to grow, we are looking for an organized and customer-focused Electrical Dispatcher/Scheduler to join our team.

Position Summary:
The Electrical Dispatcher/Scheduler plays a key role in coordinating daily operations by scheduling service calls, dispatching electricians, and ensuring jobs are completed efficiently. This role requires strong organizational skills, clear communication, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced construction and service environment.

Responsibilities:
Schedule and dispatch electricians for service calls, installations, and projects Coordinate daily job schedules and adjust assignments as needed
Communicate with technicians, project managers, and customers regarding job details, timing, and updates Handle inbound customer calls and service requests
Enter and maintain job information in Service Titan scheduling software. Pull permits and coordinate with local jurisdictions when required
Monitor job progress and update schedules to maximize technician efficiency Assist with work order creation, invoicing preparation, and documentation
Maintain organized records and photos for jobs, permits, and service requests Provide administrative support to field and office staff as needed

Requirements:
Experience dispatching or scheduling for an or electrical contractor preferred Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to multitask and manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment Experience with scheduling software such as ServiceTitan
Proficiency with Microsoft Office, email, and general computer systems Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Reliable, punctual, and able to work well within a team High school diploma or equivalent required

Job Type: Full Time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00

Hours: Monday – Friday 8:00 – 5:00 (40 Hours per Week)

Location: In Person

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
