Job Title: Electrical & Mechanical Foreman

Location: Dubai and Sharjah, United Arab Emirates

Company Overview:

High control tech cont LLc is a contracting company operating in the UAE, specializing in MEP and construction works. We are currently hiring experienced Electrical and Mechanical Foremen to join our projects in Dubai and Sharjah.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise electrical and mechanical technicians and distribute daily tasks.
• Ensure all works are executed according to drawings and specifications.
• Inspect electrical and mechanical installations to ensure quality and safety.
• Coordinate with electrical, mechanical, and civil departments on-site.
• Enforce safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Prepare daily reports and submit progress updates to the project engineer or manager.

Requirements:

• 3–5 years of experience as an Electrical or Mechanical Foreman in MEP or construction projects.
• Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
• Valid UAE driving license (preferred).
• Transferable residence visa within UAE.
