Electrical Maintenance Manager

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Maintenance Manager to oversee the electrical maintenance operations within our facility.

• Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems including:
• Power distribution.
• Oversee all electrical maintenance activities in the office.
• Lighting systems (indoor/outdoor)
• HVAC electrical components
• Emergency backup systems (UPS, generators)
• Fire alarm and safety systems
• Access control and security systems
• Plan and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules.
• Lead and supervise a team of electricians or maintenance technicians.
• Ensure compliance with local electrical codes, safety regulations, and energy efficiency guidelines.
• Conduct routine inspections and audits to assess electrical system conditions.
• Maintain records of maintenance activities, repairs, and inventory.
• Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as required.
• Assist in budgeting and cost control for electrical maintenance operations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
