Role Overview

We are looking for a reliable Electrical Maintenance Technician with a strong background to join our team at FITT Meals. The main focus of this role is to carry out reactive and preventative maintenance at the FITT Meals facility. Additionally, you will handle maintenance tasks of all kinds, such as plumbing, gas, mechanical work, and general facility works to help ensure our facility operates smoothly.

Responsibilities

• Carry out reactive and preventative electrical maintenance across the facility.
• Diagnose faults and complete timely repairs on electrical systems, panels, and production equipment.
• Perform routine inspections and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to minimise downtime.
• Carry out mechanical works including repairs, adjustments, and replacement of components on production and facility equipment.
• Support general maintenance tasks including plumbing, gas systems, and minor mechanical repairs.
• Respond promptly to breakdowns and implement effective corrective actions.
• Ensure all work is completed in line with health, safety, and food safety standards.
• Maintain accurate maintenance records and complete job documentation.
• Assist with the installation, testing, and commissioning of new equipment.
• Work closely with external contractors when required.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of equipment reliability and facility performance.
• Carry out basic plumbing, maintenance, and repair tasks as needed.
• Work various shifts, including morning, afternoon, and overnight.

Minimum Qualifications

• Experience - Minimum of 3 years as an electrician or as an electrical maintenance technician in the UAE.
• Licence - A valid manual driving licence is essential.
• Education - An Electrical Degree or a Recognised Certification.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience as a multi-technician is a plus.
• Certifications in Mechanical and or Plumbing are a plus.
