Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Supervisor to oversee and supervise all electrical works on construction sites. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing electrical installations, coordinating with site teams, ensuring compliance with project specifications, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and monitor all electrical installation works on site.
• Coordinate daily activities with engineers, subcontractors, and electricians.
• Review electrical drawings, specifications, and technical documents.
• Ensure electrical works are completed according to approved drawings and project schedules.
• Conduct inspections and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.
• Monitor material usage and site requirements.
• Identify and resolve electrical and site-related technical issues.
• Prepare daily progress reports and update management on work status.
• Ensure proper manpower allocation and productivity on site.
• Support testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Diploma or Technical Certification in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 5–8 years of experience in electrical supervision within construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and safety standards.
• Experience in residential, commercial, or high-rise building projects is preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documents.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• UAE/GCC experience is an advantage.
