Work with the sales team to understand client requirements and develop appropriate ELV solutions (CCTV, access control, intrusion detection, intercom, networking, etc.).
Prepare and deliver technical presentations, solution designs, and demonstrations for clients.
Design system architecture, prepare BOQs, proposals, compliance statements, and technical submittals.
Liaise with suppliers/vendors to obtain technical and commercial offers.
Provide technical support during client meetings, tender preparation, and bidding process.
Ensure proposed solutions comply with local regulations, industry standards, and client specifications.
Conduct site surveys when necessary and prepare site survey reports.
Support the project team during the handover from sales to execution.
Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.
Coordinate with procurement and operations teams for project execution requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelor’s Degree/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Telecommunications, or related field.
Minimum 3–5 years’ experience in pre-sales/design of ELV systems, especially CCTV & security systems.
Strong knowledge of CCTV (IP/Analog), NVRs, DVRs, Access Control, Video Analytics, and Networking.
Familiarity with brands such as Hikvision, Axis, Dahua, Milestone, Honeywell, etc.
Experience in reading drawings, schematics, and preparing AutoCAD layouts (advantage).
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.
Knowledge of local authority regulations and approvals (e.g., MOI/PSBD/QCD if in GCC).
