ELV Sales Coordinator

Doha, Qatar

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and follow-ups for CCTV and ELV solutions.
  • Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure accurate product specifications and solution designs.
  • Maintain and update the customer database, sales records, and reports.
  • Track orders from receipt to delivery and installation, ensuring timely execution.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and promptly.
  • Assist in planning sales campaigns and marketing activities.
  • Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
  • Liaise with suppliers/vendors for product availability, pricing, and technical details.
  • Support the sales team during client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Electronics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in sales coordination, preferably in CCTV, security, or ELV systems.
  • Good knowledge of CCTV, access control, and security solutions is an advantage.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
  • Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
