
ELV Sales Coordinator
Doha, Qatar
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and follow-ups for CCTV and ELV solutions.
- Coordinate with technical and project teams to ensure accurate product specifications and solution designs.
- Maintain and update the customer database, sales records, and reports.
- Track orders from receipt to delivery and installation, ensuring timely execution.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally and promptly.
- Assist in planning sales campaigns and marketing activities.
- Prepare and submit weekly/monthly sales reports to management.
- Liaise with suppliers/vendors for product availability, pricing, and technical details.
- Support the sales team during client meetings, presentations, and site visits.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and relevant regulatory requirements.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Electronics, or related field.
- Minimum 2–4 years’ experience in sales coordination, preferably in CCTV, security, or ELV systems.
- Good knowledge of CCTV, access control, and security solutions is an advantage.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.
- Customer-focused with a proactive attitude.
