We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Email Marketing Specialist with 2-3 years of experience in executing and optimizing email campaigns. The ideal candidate will be skilled in using modern email marketing and data scraping tools, with a strong understanding of segmentation, personalization, and lifecycle campaigns to drive engagement and conversions.
Key Responsibilities

Work with email marketing/automation platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, Klaviyo, Instantly, Salesforce, or similar tools).

Design, edit, and quality-check responsive email templates for different campaigns.

Conduct A/B testing for subject lines, CTAs, and content to improve engagement and performance.

Monitor and analyze campaign KPIs (open rates, CTR, conversions, unsubscribes) and prepare performance reports.

Ensure email deliverability by maintaining list hygiene and applying industry best practices

Collaborate closely with content, design, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging.

Requirements
