Email Marketer

Job Description:
We are looking for a highly skilled and results-driven Email Marketer to develop and execute email marketing campaigns that drive customer engagement, lead generation, and sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of email platforms, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and automation.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute email marketing campaigns.
• Segment lists based on behaviors and demographics.
• Create compelling email content and CTAs.
• Analyze campaign performance and optimize accordingly.
• Ensure email templates are mobile responsive and user-friendly.
• Work with designers and copywriters to align messaging.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in email marketing (3 to 5 years MUST).
• Proficiency in tools like Mailchimp, Klaviyo, ActiveCampaign, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills and understanding of email KPIs.
• Basic HTML/CSS knowledge for email formatting is a plus.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
