Email Marketer / LinkedIn Outreach Specialist (Fresh Graduates Encouraged)

We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Email Marketer / LinkedIn Outreach Specialist to join our Business Development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating high-quality leads through cold emailing and LinkedIn outreach campaigns. This role requires a basic understanding of B2B marketing and outbound strategies to help grow our client base and drive revenue.

This position is also open for fresh graduates who have basic knowledge of LinkedIn outreach and email marketing. We are offering an excellent opportunity for fresh candidates with 6 months to 1 year of relevant experience (or strong willingness to learn) to build their career in business development and marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research and identify potential leads and target audiences
• Execute personalized LinkedIn outreach campaigns using tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator
• Develop and manage cold email campaigns using automation tools
• Track performance metrics such as open rates, response rates, and conversions
• Maintain accurate records in CRM systems
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to align outreach strategies
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices for outbound lead generation

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Fresh graduates with basic knowledge of LinkedIn outreach and email marketing are encouraged to apply
• Proven experience (6 months–1 year) in LinkedIn outreach and cold email marketing will be a plus
• Familiarity with outreach and automation tools
• Strong written communication and copywriting skills
• Experience with CRM platforms (preferred but not mandatory)
• Self-motivated and results-oriented mindset
• Basic understanding of B2B sales funnels and lead nurturing
