Job Title: Lead Generation & Performance Marketing Executive

Location: Indore

Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹45,000 (Based on experience)

We are a growing IT services company offering solutions in web development, mobile apps, custom software, digital marketing, and consulting. We’re on the lookout for a smart, proactive individual who can drive lead generation efforts through both organic and paid channels.

Role Overview:

As a Lead Generation & Performance Marketing Executive, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing multi-channel campaigns to generate quality leads for our IT services. You’ll work closely with the marketing and sales teams to ensure alignment between demand generation efforts and sales goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage lead generation strategies across:
  • Email marketing
  • SEO & organic outreach
  • Paid Ads (Google, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  • Cold calling & outbound communication
  • Social media marketing (SMM)
  • Create, manage, and monitor campaigns to drive consistent, qualified leads.
  • Collaborate with content, design, and sales teams to align messaging and goals.
  • Track lead quality, source performance, and conversion funnel (MQL to SQL).
  • Use analytics and CRM tools to improve lead generation ROI and effectiveness.

Requirements:

  • 1–5 years of experience in lead generation or performance marketing (preferably in IT services).
  • Hands-on experience with paid campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads).
  • Understanding of SEO, email tools, landing page optimization, and lead funnels.
  • Strong communication skills, especially for outreach and coordination with sales.
  • Ability to balance multiple campaigns and prioritize based on business goals.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with CRM tools like HubSpot, Zoho, or similar.
  • Understanding of MQL/SQL frameworks and lead nurturing workflows.
  • Basic knowledge of marketing automation tools.
