We are looking for a hands-on Email Marketing Specialist to own and execute end-to-end email marketing across multiple brands. You will be responsible for building high-performing lifecycle campaigns, automation flows, and segmentation strategies that drive measurable revenue growth.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end email marketing strategy and execution across multiple brands
- Build and optimise automated email flows, including:
- Welcome series
- Win-back campaigns
- Post-visit follow-ups
- Birthday campaigns
- Cross-sell and upsell journeys
- Full customer lifecycle automation
- Create, schedule, and manage email campaigns
- Develop audience segmentation and run A/B tests to improve performance
- Manage email lists, including hygiene, cleaning, and growth strategies
- Track and report on CRM performance including:
- Open rates
- Click-through rates
- Revenue attribution
- Flow and campaign performance
- Manage integrations between Klaviyo and third-party platforms (e.g., OpenTable, booking systems, website forms)
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of hands-on email marketing experience
- Strong, proven experience with Klaviyo (flows, segmentation, templates, reporting) — non-negotiable
- Experience building automated email flows that generate measurable revenue
- Strong understanding of deliverability, list health, and anti-spam best practices
- Ability to manage email marketing across multiple brands with different tones and audiences
- Experience in hospitality, restaurant, or e-commerce brands is a plus (not required)
- Familiarity with WhatsApp marketing or SMS platforms is a bonus
