Email Marketing Specialist

We are a US-based corporate culture company dedicated to helping organizations build stronger, more collaborative workplace teams. To support our continued growth, we are seeking a driven Email Marketer to join our Lahore office.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, design, and execute targeted email marketing campaigns to generate engagement and conversions.
• Manage and optimize campaigns using the Salesforce platform.
• Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator to research, identify, and qualify leads.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and provide regular reports.
• Collaborate with the sales team to support lead nurturing and conversion strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of leads and ensure compliance with email marketing best practices.

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of proven experience as an Email Marketer.

Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with Salesforce.

Skilled in using LinkedIn Sales Navigator for lead generation.

Excellent written communication and content creation skills.

Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret campaign performance data.

Ability to manage multiple campaigns and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
