Position Overview:Turn Up Technologies is seeking a skilled Email Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team at the Karachi Development Centre. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing, particularly for IT and Marketing Services. This role requires a proactive individual who can effectively utilize the data provided by the Lead Generation Specialist to create and execute successful email marketing campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement email marketing campaigns to promote IT and Marketing services.
• Use data provided by the Lead Generation Specialist to create targeted email lists.
• Craft engaging and persuasive email content to drive lead conversion and customer retention.
• Segment email lists based on criteria such as industry, job title, and previous interactions.
• Design visually appealing email templates that align with the company's branding.
• Conduct A/B testing to optimize email performance and improve open and click-through rates.
• Monitor and analyze email campaign performance, providing regular reports and insights.
• Ensure compliance with email marketing best practices and regulations, including GDPR.
• Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align email marketing efforts with overall business goals.
• Continuously explore new email marketing tools and techniques to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in email marketing, preferably in the IT and Marketing services industry.
• Proven track record of successful email marketing campaigns and achieving targets.
• Excellent written communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
• Proficiency in using email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar.
• Strong analytical skills to interpret email campaign data and optimize performance.
• Knowledge of email marketing best practices and regulations.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with HTML/CSS for email template design.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and data segmentation.
• Knowledge of the IT and Marketing services industry.
