Email Marketing Specialist

Responsibilities:
•  Build and schedule campaigns in Brevo / HubSpot / Mailchimp
•  Create and manage automated workflows (welcome, nurture, re-engagement)
•  Maintain audience lists and segments, ensure data hygiene
•  Collaborate with writer & designer to finalize campaigns
•  Track and report campaign performance metrics
Requirements:
•  1-2 years of experience in email marketing or CRM campaigns
•  Working knowledge of at least one major ESP (Mailchimp, HubSpot, Brevo)
•  Understanding of customer lifecycle and segmentation
•  Analytical mindset with ability to summarize results
•  Strong attention to detail, timelines and QA
•  Bonus: experience with WhatsApp campaigns or CRM integrations

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
