Key Responsibilities
- Plan, schedule, and execute email marketing campaigns using Salesforce Sales Cloud or similar CRM/marketing automation platforms.
- Manage email calendars, audience segmentation, and automated workflows to support campaign goals.
- Track, analyze, and optimize campaign performance, including open rates, CTR, bounce rates, and reply rates.
- Identify and resolve deliverability issues while maintaining strong database hygiene and sender reputation.
- Conduct A/B testing to improve engagement, conversion rates, and overall campaign effectiveness.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR, CAN-SPAM, and email marketing best practices.
- Work closely with sales and marketing teams to support lead generation and pipeline growth.
Requirements
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in email marketing or lifecycle marketing.
- Strong expertise with Salesforce or comparable email marketing/CRM platforms.
- Proven experience with marketing automation, personalization strategies, and campaign performance analytics.
- Highly analytical, detail-oriented, and results-driven with strong problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification.
- Experience with platforms such as HubSpot, Mailchimp, or Apollo.io.
- Background in B2B lead generation and demand generation campaigns.
