Email Support Representative

Key Responsibilities:

• Respond to customer queries via chat promptly and professionally.
• Resolve issues or escalate when needed.
• Maintain service quality and product knowledge.
• Work in rotational/flexible shifts.

Requirements:

• Good communication skills.
• Flexible with shift timings.
• Prior chat support experience is a plus.
