Overview of the Role

The primary responsibility is to perform warehousing and store keeping tasks such as receiving, identifying, handling, storing, issuing, and delivering a wide variety of parts in a computerized system. Ensure all the warehouse KPIs are achieved as per the target. Acts as a floor leader and helps the team perform their tasks correctly.

What You Will Do

• On time processing and dispatch of orders according to cut off timings.
• Direct team members in performing their tasks correctly.
• Conduct daily meetings to discuss issues related to warehouse activities.
• Identify bins that need replenishment and update the system accordingly.
• Report any quality or inventory discrepancy issues.
• Lead the team in maintaining cleanliness of the workplace.
• Conduct customer claim investigations and submit analysis reports.
• Maintain equipment and facilities to ensure a safe work environment.

Required Skills

• Understands basic inventory, warehousing, and stocking procedures.
• Able to work independently with some direction.
• Capable of writing instructions and documented procedures.
• Able to perform simple math operations.

Minimum Qualifications

• Secondary School Graduate in any discipline.
• Minimum 1 3 years of experience in any field.

About the Team

The role will report to the Warehouse Supervisor and you will be working in a busy Parts Distribution Center located in Dubai Investment Park (DIP).
