Employee Engagement Coordinator
Salary Range: $44,000.00 – $47,500.00
Location: Hartford, CT
Work Modality: Hybrid – In office 3 days per week
Schedule: Full-time, Monday–Friday

We are seeking a collaborative and detail-oriented Employee Engagement Coordinator to support programs that celebrate achievements, reinforce company values, and build employee connection across the organization. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys coordinating recognition programs and activities and contributing to a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in coordinating employee recognition programs, awards, and milestone celebrations.
Support the planning and execution of company-wide engagement events, appreciation activities, and recognition campaigns.
Collaborate with HR and leadership to help promote initiatives that reflect company culture and values.
Draft and share communications that highlight employee achievements and increase awareness of recognition programs.
Help maintain recognition platforms and tools, ensuring information is accurate and up to date.
Track participation and collect feedback to support program measurement and improvement.
Provide day-to-day support for engagement and recognition initiatives.
Corporate Services
Provide back-up support to the Corporate Administrator as needed.
Assist with in-office corporate support as required.
Contribute to other corporate support projects as assigned.

Minimum Job Qualifications:
