Employees Performance Management Specialist-Emirati only

Dubai, United Arab Emirates

  • Participation in the preparation of the operational projects of the Division, providing consultations during their implementation, and ensuring their alignment with the strategic plans of the Department.

  • Preparing the policies, procedures, and work forms related to employee happiness and performance management, and ensuring their compliance with the relevant articles in the Dubai Government Human Resources Law and its amendments.

  • Preparing studies and proposals that contribute to increasing the attractiveness of the work environment, employee happiness, and improving their performance level.

  • Developing policies and procedures related to employee promotions in accordance with the highest levels of fairness and integrity and in compliance with the Dubai Government Human Resources Law and its amendments.

  • Developing policies and procedures related to the disbursement of rewards and incentive bonuses for employees in line with the government systems followed in this regard.

  • Measuring employee happiness indicators, conducting surveys, analyzing the results, and proposing recommendations to raise job happiness rates in the Corporation.

  • Developing internal communication systems among the Corporation’s employees at various levels.

  • Providing consultations in the stages of preparing the annual employee performance management plan, following up on its implementation, and measuring the results of its optimal execution.

  • Preparing and periodically reviewing the behavioral and technical competencies manual, linking it to the Corporation’s jobs, and ensuring its alignment with the competencies manual approved by the Dubai Government Human Resources Department.

  • Supervising the implementation of behavioral competencies assessment for the Corporation’s employees.

  • Preparing the requirements of excellence standards and specialized awards such as the Dubai Government Excellence Program.

  • Providing consultations to heads of organizational units during the setting of individual employee objectives, ensuring their alignment with the best international standards.

  • Preparing studies and recommendations on the results of employee performance evaluation, including identifying competency gaps and proposing the most appropriate ways to address them in accordance with best global practices.

  • Participating in the preparation of succession and replacement plans and following up on their implementation to ensure the preparation and qualification of second and third-line leaders.

  • Holding awareness and educational workshops for the Corporation’s employees on the best ways to set individual objectives and develop skills and competencies.

  • Applying best standards in performance management and keeping up with global practices that enable the Division to reach high levels of efficiency in the services provided to all organizational units.

  • Preparing and following up on all requirements of risk management systems, business continuity, and information security related to the Division’s tasks.

  • Commitment to the information security system, policies, processes, and programs, and reporting to the direct supervisor about any security breaches or suspicious incidents.

  • Performing any other tasks related to the work of the Division or as per documented instructions.


Qualifications


Qualifications:
Master’s / Bachelor’s / Diploma in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or equivalent.

Experiences:
Master’s degree requires 3 years of experience in the field of Human Resources Management or equivalent.
Bachelor’s degree requires 5 years of experience in the field of Human Resources Management or equivalent.
Diploma requires 11 years of experience in the field of Human Resources Management or equivalent.
