Dolan Law Firm – Employment Law Attorney (Oakland)

The Dolan Law Firm is one of California’s premier plaintiffs’ trial firms, representing workers and consumers across the San Francisco Bay Area and throughout California. Our Employment Law team is seeking a passionate attorney eager to learn and advocate for employees in discrimination, harassment, retaliation, and whistleblower matters.

Position

Title: Employment Law Attorney
Location: Oakland, CA (Downtown Oakland)
Experience: 0-3 years preferred (plaintiff-side employment litigation strongly preferred)
Schedule: Full-time
Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in-office / 2 days remote)

Qualifications

· Bar Admission: Active California Bar membership in good standing (required).

· Experience: 0-3 years of litigation experience with demonstrated exposure to employment matters; plaintiff-side preferred. Defense-side candidates with strong employee-rights commitment are welcome to apply.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $85,000 – $110,000 DOE.
• Benefits: Comprehensive medical, dental, and vision coverage; Paid bar dues and MCLE.
• Time Off: 10 PTO days + 10 paid holidays.
