Energy Asset Management Manager

CALL Energy , the renewable energy and energy storage investment arm of YEO Teknoloji , continues its global expansion under a renewed strategic vision. In addition to the target of exceeding 1,000 MW of renewable energy capacity across 4 continents and more than 10 countries , we are seeking a highly capable " Energy Asset Management Manager" to oversee the operational and commercial performance of our power plants as well as the energy portfolio that will be managed under our aggregator license.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Finance.
• Minimum 2 years of experince in energy trade and 10 years of experience in energy market.
• Strong understanding of energy markets, electricity trading, and aggregator models.
• Proven experience in asset management, performance monitoring, and commercial optimization.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
• Strategic thinker with hands-on operational capabilities.
• Willingness and ability to travel internationally.

Job Descriptions

• Manage all administrative, technical, financial, and partner-related processes for CALL Energy’s operational power plants, particularly on the electricity sales side.
• Coordinate portfolio management activities under the aggregator license, including partner relations and ensuring the seamless operation of the technical infrastructure.
• Analyze market trends and develop strategic scenarios to maximize revenue from international assets, ensuring alignment with regional regulations and commercial dynamics.
• Monitor asset performance and implement optimization strategies to enhance operational efficiency and financial returns.
• Serve as the key liaison with internal teams, external stakeholders, and financial institutions to ensure smooth execution of asset-related activities.
