• Design and implement effective lesson plans tailored to individual student needs, focusing on literacy education, writing skills, and language acquisition.
• Use learning technology tools to enhance classroom engagement and facilitate interactive learning experiences.
• Conduct tutoring sessions for students of diverse backgrounds, including early childhood education, preschoolers, and older learners.
• Manage classroom activities efficiently, ensuring a safe, inclusive environment that promotes active participation.
• Develop curriculum materials and adapt content for students learning English as a second language or with special education needs.
• Support students in improving their reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills across various languages such as Mandarin, French, Japanese, or others.
• Collaborate with parents and guardians to track progress and provide feedback on student development. Qualifications
• Proven experience in classroom management and tutoring across different age groups, especially with children or early learners.
• Strong background in curriculum development and lesson planning tailored to diverse learning styles.
• Familiarity with working with children with special education needs or in preschool settings is preferred.
• Excellent communication skills in English; proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin, French, or Japanese is a plus.
• Knowledge of learning technology platforms and literacy education strategies to foster engaging lessons.
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with students from varied cultural backgrounds and language levels.
