Key Responsibilities:
Application Review and Processing
  • Review enrollment applications for accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure all required documentation and information is submitted
  • Maintain and update client records in the CRM system
Communication with Potential Clients
  • Reach out to leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email
  • Educate them about Elevate Now’s program, process, and benefits
  • Address queries and concerns with clarity and empathy
  • Guide interested users through each step of the enrollment journey
Seamless Onboarding
  • Ensure a smooth transition from lead to active user
  • Coordinate internally with health coaches and doctors to prepare for client onboarding
  • Follow up with enrolled users for confirmation and readiness
Team Collaboration
  • Work closely with health coaches, operations, and medical teams
  • Share feedback from potential clients to improve the enrollment experience
  • Participate in team huddles and performance reviews

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:
  • Strong communication skills in Hindi English
  • Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer onboarding preferred
  • Ability to explain complex health-related services in simple terms
  • High attention to detail and follow-through
  • Must have a laptop and stable WiFi connection
  • Comfortable working 6 days/week (Mon–Sat)
  • Immediate joiners only

Role Overview:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and empathetic Enrollment Specialist to join our remote team. You will be the first point of contact for potential clients, responsible for reviewing applications, communicating with leads, and ensuring a smooth onboarding process into our health program.
