Key Responsibilities:
Application Review and Processing

Review enrollment applications for accuracy and completeness

Ensure all required documentation and information is submitted

Maintain and update client records in the CRM system
Communication with Potential Clients

Reach out to leads via phone, WhatsApp, and email
-
Educate them about Elevate Now’s program, process, and benefits
-
Address queries and concerns with clarity and empathy
-
Guide interested users through each step of the enrollment journey
Seamless Onboarding
-
Ensure a smooth transition from lead to active user
-
Coordinate internally with health coaches and doctors to prepare for client onboarding
-
Follow up with enrolled users for confirmation and readiness
Team Collaboration

Work closely with health coaches, operations, and medical teams
-
Share feedback from potential clients to improve the enrollment experience

Participate in team huddles and performance reviews
What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills in Hindi English
-
Prior experience in telecalling, inside sales, or customer onboarding preferred

Ability to explain complex health-related services in simple terms

High attention to detail and follow-through

Must have a laptop and stable WiFi connection

Comfortable working 6 days/week (Mon–Sat)
