About Excalibur Academy
Excalibur Leadership Academy is a private leadership and entrepreneurship institution for high school students launching in Summer 2026. Our faculty includes Fortune 500 managing directors, accomplished CEOs, MBA professors, seasoned entrepreneurs, and executive leaders, who have taught and led at the highest level. This is not a tutoring center or another after-school program. It is a elite institution designed for the next generation of leaders.
We are looking for someone who feels natural in the room with OC families and HNW communities , not someone who sells to them, but someone who connects with them, listens and understands their needs and expectations.
The Role
You are the academy's first dedicated enrollment leader. You own the enrollment journey — from the moment a family first hears about Excalibur Academy to the day their child begins the program. You are the voice families hear when they call. You are the presence they see at high end private school events. You are the person who stands beside the founder when presenting Excalibur to parent groups at HOA communities, country clubs, and private school campuses across South Orange County.
You also manage the operational side of enrollment together with our Operations Coordinator — maintaining the pipeline, following up with leads personally, scheduling family consultations, and ensuring no interested family ever feels unattended to.
This is not cold-calling office job. This is relationship-driven, enrollment growth inside a community you already understand, with networking and stewardship at its core.
What you will do:
— Manage all inbound enrollment inquiries across phone, email, and website. Every inquiry receives a warm, personal response within 3 hours during business hours, followed up by the real, genuine communication.
— Represent Excalibur Academy at private school presentations, rotary clubs , parent info events organized by the Academy, HOA community presentations, country club gatherings, and local business networking events across South Orange County.
— Present the academy alongside the founder and lead faculty to parent groups in intimate, high-trust settings — conference rooms, private dining spaces.
— Build and maintain relationships with heads of school, parent association leaders, family office professionals, and community influencers who can refer families to the academy.
— Schedule and coordinate family consultations with the founder or lead faculty Prepare brief notes on each family before the meeting so the founder walks in informed.
— Attend academy events — parent information sessions, open houses, student showcases, Pitch Nights, and Demo Days — greeting families, answering questions, and following up personally within 24 hours.
— Maintain the enrollment CRM — log every lead and progress. Provide weekly pipeline reports to the founder.
— Follow up with enrolled families during their first 90 days to ensure satisfaction, tailored support, reviewing and passing along all the feedback to the founder and the Lead Faculty.
Candidate we are looking for:
— You live in or deeply understand the Orange County high-net-worth community. Newport Beach, Laguna Beach, Crystal Cove, Pelican Hill, Shady Canyon, Mission Viejo, Monarch Beach, and the surrounding areas are not just names on a map to you — they are communities you know and move through naturally.
— You have experience working with affluent families in a service, education, real estate, hospitality, wealth management, private school, or luxury brand capacity.
— You are polished, articulate, and confident in rooms with high-net-worth individuals without ever coming across as transactional. You understand that in this market, trust is built through presence, warmth, and genuine care for the family — never through pressure.
— You have excellent phone presence — confident but never scripted, knowledgeable but never rehearsed.
— You are organized and detail-oriented. No lead falls through the cracks on your watch.
— You are available for occasional evening and weekend events. This is when parents are available, and this is when main enrollment happens.
— You are looking for a role that starts with flexible part-time hours & commission, growing into a full-time position with a fixed salary, higher commission, bonuses, and a title that reflects your contribution as the academy scales.
Compensation (fixed monthly base + commission):
Fixed Monthly base (paid regardless of enrollment performance).
Before May 30, 2016 : 1200$/month (~5-10 hours a week - probationary period)

2 x Summer Intensives in July and August (15-20 students x 2 waves): $300 per student enrolled
4 x Six-Week Waves(15-20 students per wave, 4 waves total): $300 per student enrolled

30 students enrolled: $3,000 additional bonus
50 students enrolled: $5,000 additional bonus

50 students enrolled: $36,000 base + $36,305 commission + $10,000 milestone = approximately $82,300
65+ students enrolled: $36,000 base + $45,190 commission + $10,000 milestone = approximately $91,000+
Year 2 and beyond: As enrollment grows and the role transitions to full-time, compensation evolves to a fixed annual salary of $90,000 plus commission on all new enrollments plus benefits. The person who builds our Orange County enrollment becomes the Director of Admissions and Family Liaison, as the academy expands to additional cities.
Growth Path
Excalibur Academy plans to operate in multiple U.S. cities within five years, as well as plan an international rollout in London and Geneva. The person who builds our enrollment engine in Orange County will have the opportunity to lead admissions nationally, hire and manage a team of enrollment coordinators, and forge the leaders of tomorrow together with the Founding Leadership Team & faculty.
Schedule
This role is part-time to start (approximately 5–20 hours/week), with hours concentrated around:
— Weekday mornings and afternoons: phone and email follow-ups, CRM management, outreach coordination (can be done remotely)
— Select weekday events: academy events, parent presentations, school visits, HOA community events (in-person, South Orange County)
— Flexibility around your schedule is expected and respected. This is not a clock-in role.
