Listing Onboarding Coordinator

The Grant Group, John R. Wood Christie's International Real Estate, is the #1 Team at the #1 Brokerage in SWFL and is seeking an experienced full-time Listing Onboarding Coordinator who will work with a variety of elements of our business. Please note this is NOT an entry-level position and requires a minimum of one year's experience in the real estate sales industry (not title work or mortgage lending). This is also NOT a remote position.

Compensation will be $70,000-$80,000, depending on experience, (a combination of a primary salary with bonuses also paid). Eligible for a 401K contribution plan after 2 years of service. Also eligible for 3 weeks paid time off after one year. We do have a group health insurance plan that you may opt to participate in if you wish.

The ideal candidate will be a positive and friendly professional who writes and speaks eloquently and professionally, enjoys variety in the type of work performed, is eager to learn, willing to jump in wherever needed, and has a "can do" attitude, enjoys a fast pace, variation in their day to day (may be out at an inspection, then go to the office for a while, then go run an errand, etc.), loves interaction with clients and other realtors, and will be flexible to the always evolving needs of the real estate industry. In addition, this role will handle listing documents and requires familiarity with NABOR and FAR/BAR contracts, as well as MLS input.
