If so, read on. We’re looking for an Enrolment Administrator to join our Dubai-based team, helping aspiring surveyors and trainees take their first step toward becoming qualified RICS professionals.

What will you be doing? As our Enrolment Administrator, you’ll play a key role in ensuring every individual who registers with RICS meets our standards and enjoys a smooth, professional enrolment experience.

Your day-to-day will include:

Processing enrolment applications efficiently and accurately, in line with KPIs.

Checking candidate eligibility and maintaining the integrity of trainee and candidate registers.

Updating and managing candidate data to ensure 100% accuracy across internal systems.

Supporting engagement and sales teams with trainee and candidate pipeline information.

Assisting assessment delivery teams with enrolment queries and eligibility checks.

Providing feedback and ideas to test and improve processes and systems.

What do you need to bring?

Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data input.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Confidence using Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines.

A proactive, flexible, and team-oriented approach.

Commitment to quality assurance and GDPR compliance.

A positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and desire to make a difference.
