Enterprise Resources Planning Specialist

We are looking for a motivated and technically skilled ERP Specialist to support the implementation, optimization, and daily operation of our IFS ERP system across our international entities and project sites.

Based in Ankara headquarters, this role will act as a bridge between local business users and the corporate ERP team, ensuring system reliability, data consistency, and operational efficiency across all locations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide technical and functional support for the IFS ERP system across multiple countries and project sites,

• Analyze user needs and translate them into effective ERP solutions,

• Configure and test ERP modules to support business requirements,

• Participate in new site rollouts, including setup, data migration, and user training,

• Maintain and improve ERP master data and reporting structures,

• Collaborate closely with process owners to identify and implement system improvements,

• Support data integrity, reporting, and audit processes,

• Act as a key link between business units, IT, and the corporate ERP team,

• Travel to project sites abroad to provide on-site ERP support and training.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Business, or a related field,

• Minimum 3 years of experience in ERP systems (preferably IFS),

• Solid understanding of core business processes such as Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Project Controls,

• Technical knowledge in SQL, reporting, or system configuration,

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail,

• Experience in ERP version upgrades (Apps 9/10 to IFS Cloud) will be considered a strong asset,

• Knowledge of localization requirements for global operations,

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities,

• Fluent in English, both written and spoken,

• Willingness and ability to travel abroad for project-based assignments.

Experience in version upgrades and multi-country localization will be considered a strong asset.
