As Lendo continues to scale its crowd-lending and SME financing offering, we’re seeking an ERM Intern to support the development and day-to-day execution of our Enterprise Risk Management framework. In this role, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to how risk is identified, assessed, monitored, and reported within a regulated fintech environment. Working closely with the ERM Head and cross-functional teams, you’ll contribute to key initiatives including risk assessments, data analysis, reporting, and documentation, playing a part in strengthening Lendo’s overall risk framework as the business continues to grow.
Key Responsibilities:
ERM Support and Coordination

Assist in maintaining the enterprise risk register, including updating risk entries, tracking changes, and ensuring data accuracy.

Support the coordination of Risk and Control Self-Assessments (RCSA) across departments.

Help organize risk workshops, meetings, and follow-ups with stakeholders.
Data Analysis and Reporting

Assist in collecting, organizing, and analyzing data for Key Risk Indicators (KRIs).

Support the preparation of periodic risk reports and dashboards for internal review.

Contribute to tracking risk trends, incidents, and emerging issues across the organization.
Incident and Issue Tracking

Support the logging and tracking of incidents and issues within the Action and Issue Management (AIM) process.

Follow up with relevant teams to ensure timely updates and closure of action items.
Business Continuity Support (BCP)

Assist in maintaining Business Continuity documentation, including Business Impact Analysis (BIA) and recovery plans.

Support coordination of business continuity activities such as testing exercises and awareness initiatives.

Help track action items related to business continuity readiness and resilience.
Data Protection and PDPL Support

Support the maintenance and update of Records of Processing Activities (RoPA) across departments.

Assist in tracking PDPL-related action items, including compliance gaps and remediation efforts.

Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure timely updates and proper documentation of data protection practices.
Documentation and Framework Support

Assist in maintaining ERM documentation, including policies, procedures, and risk methodologies.

Support ongoing improvements to risk frameworks, templates, and tools.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Risk Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

Strong academic record with an interest in risk, compliance, or financial services.

English proficiency is a must.

Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
