Enterprise Sales Manager

Our client, a distinguished provider of Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions, is seeking an accomplished Senior Business Development Manager to drive strategic growth within Fortune 500 accounts. This role requires a results-oriented professional with demonstrated success in managing the complete enterprise sales cycle and cultivating executive-level relationships.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full sales lifecycle, from lead generation through to deal closure.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with senior stakeholders at Fortune 500 organizations.
  • Serve as a dedicated sales resource, focusing exclusively on business development and revenue generation.
  • Rapidly achieve productivity and deliver measurable outcomes, with an expectation of closures within the first month.
  • Operate as an independent contributor, without direct team management responsibilities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with client requirements and successful solution positioning.

Qualifications:

  • Proven track record in enterprise sales, with direct experience selling to Fortune 500 companies.
  • Demonstrated ability to independently drive the end-to-end sales process.
  • Strong executive presence and consultative sales approach.
  • Familiarity with enterprise performance management or related solutions is preferred; comprehensive training on OneStream (EPM platform) will be provided.
  • Highly self-motivated, disciplined, and capable of working effectively in a remote environment.
  • Ability to deliver immediate value and contribute to business objectives from the outset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹2,400,000.00 per year
