Salary: $56K-62K DOE

Work Location: Construction project sites within the U.S. - Starting at Englewood Cliffs, NJ


We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Entry-Level Site Operations Assistant / Field Coordinator to join our growing installation project team. This position will support daily operations at project sites and ensure smooth on-site communication and coordination.


Job Description


Key Responsibilities

  • Site Management: Support on-site operations and monitor work progress.
  • Manpower Management: Assist with attendance tracking and workforce allocation.
  • Administrative Support: Organize documents, prepare reports, and collect project data.
  • Material Management: Manage material inflow/outflow and track inventory levels.
  • Reporting: Compile and submit daily and weekly reports.
  • Project Support: Assist in schedule management, progress tracking, and communication with subcontractors.

Qualifications
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree required. Engineering or related technical majors preferred, but not mandatory.
  • Experience: No prior experience required — training will be provided.
  • Eligibility: Must be legally authorized to work in the U.S. (Sponsorship not available).
