We are a well-established surgical manufacturing company in Sialkot seeking a detail-oriented and experienced ERP BOM Specialist to manage and maintain accurate Bills of Materials (BOMs) within our ERP system. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in production planning, costing, and inventory control Key Responsibilities:

· Create, maintain, and update Bills of Materials (BOMs) in the ERP system (SAP B1).

· Ensure BOM accuracy for raw materials, semi-finished, and finished surgical instruments.

· Coordinate with Production, PPC, Engineering, Quality, and Procurement departments for BOM validation.

· Support costing, MRP, and production planning through accurate BOM data.

· Conduct regular BOM audits to ensure data integrity.

· Troubleshoot ERP-related BOM issues and provide user support.

· Assist in new product development (NPD) BOM setup

Required Skills & Competencies:

· B.Com from any reputable university or commerce background is a must

· 2–5 years of experience as a BOM Specialist or ERP Executive (preferably in surgical or manufacturing industry).

· Strong hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP B1).

· Sound understanding of manufacturing processes of surgical instruments

· Excellent analytical, documentation, and coordination skills.

· Proficient in MS Excel and data management.

· Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
