Production Planning & Control Officer

About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Production Planning Officer to lead our production planning efforts in Sialkot. This role is responsible for developing and executing production schedules, optimizing resource allocation, and ensuring timely order fulfillment. The ideal candidate will also oversee ERP-based production visibility and reporting structures to support data-driven decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop, monitor, and adjust production schedules to meet business goals and customer delivery timelines.
• Coordinate production activities across departments to ensure smooth operations and alignment with strategic objectives.
• Oversee the entire production process to ensure on-time delivery and identify potential gaps or delays.
• Plan and allocate materials and human resources effectively, applying industrial relations (IR) principles.
• Implement and maintain ERP systems to provide real-time visibility into production status.
• Design and manage reporting structures to track production performance and support continuous improvement.
• Analyze production data to identify inefficiencies and recommend process enhancements.
• Collaborate with procurement, HR, and operations teams to align production plans with organizational goals.
• Troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions promptly.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in production planning and scheduling.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in ERP systems and production management tools.
• Excellent organizational and coordination abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field (preferred).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs45,000.00 - Rs60,000.00 per month
