Job Summary:
Trade Unleashed is looking for an experienced ERP & Customer Support Manager to lead our support operations and ensure successful ERP implementation and client satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage customer support team
  • Oversee ERP implementation and onboarding
  • Resolve technical and functional issues
  • Develop SOPs and improve support processes
  • Monitor performance and customer satisfaction
  • Coordinate with internal teams (product, tech, sales)

Requirements:

  • 3–6 years of experience in ERP support or customer success
  • Strong knowledge of ERP systems (inventory, retail, POS)
  • Leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and analytical abilities

Preferred:

  • Experience in SaaS / ERP / Retail Tech
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Experience managing support KPIs
