ERP Developer

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced ERPNext Expert who can take full ownership of our ERP system. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in ERPNext implementation, customization, integrations, and backend server management. This role requires strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work across all ERPNext modules to ensure smooth business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Implement, configure, and customize ERPNext according to business requirements.
• Manage and maintain backend servers (Linux, MySQL, Redis, Nginx, etc.) for ERPNext.
• Handle ERPNext upgrades, patches, and performance tuning.
• Develop and integrate APIs for third-party platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon, Noon, payment gateways, courier services).
• Configure and manage ERPNext modules including: Sales & CRM, Purchase & Inventory, Accounts & Finance, HR & Payroll, Manufacturing, Projects & Tasks, Quality Control, Reports & Analytics, Ecommerce
• Ensure proper data migration, backup, and disaster recovery plans.
• Troubleshoot and resolve ERPNext-related issues in real-time.
• Provide training and support to internal teams for efficient system usage.
• Ensure system security, role-based permissions, and compliance with company policies.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Proven experience (3+ years) working with ERPNext/Frappe Framework.
• Strong knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and MariaDB/MySQL.
• Experience with Linux server administration (Ubuntu preferred).
• Good understanding of REST APIs and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with Git/GitHub for version control.
• Strong knowledge of ERPNext functional modules and workflows.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month
