Job Summary:

A Tracking & ERP Software Operator is responsible for managing shipment tracking, inventory records, and operational data through ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems and courier tracking platforms. The role involves monitoring incoming and outgoing shipments, updating inventory information, maintaining accurate database records, generating reports, coordinating with logistics teams, and ensuring the smooth flow of warehouse and supply chain operations. The operator uses ERP software to track stock levels, process transactions, verify data accuracy, and support efficient inventory management while ensuring timely delivery tracking and customer service support. Strong computer skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of logistics and inventory control procedures are essential for this position.

Education: Intermediate / B.Com
Experience: 2 to 3 years of Experience.
