ERP Sales Executive

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in ERP sales, business development, or software solution selling.
  • Strong understanding of ERP systems, business processes (finance, HR, supply chain, manufacturing), and industry best practices.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
  • Conduct client needs analysis and align ERP solutions with business requirements.
  • Deliver persuasive sales presentations, product demos, and technical discussions to decision-makers.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive long-term partnerships.
  • Collaborate with technical and pre-sales teams to prepare proposals, RFP responses, and solution designs.
  • Achieve sales targets by managing the complete sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure.
  • Stay updated on ERP trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and sales activities in CRM systems.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
