ERP Student Assistant

The Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) Student Assistant will be a part of the UMSA systems support team in USF’s Information Technology department.

• Hourly Rate: $15.00
• Average hours per week: Up to 20
• Schedule: Generally during USF business hours (between 8:00am – 5:00pm)

ADDITIONAL INFO FOR APPLICANTS:

The selected candidate must have current work authorization in the United States. This position is not eligible for Visa Sponsorship.

• Assist with system enhancements, upgrades, modifications, testing and troubleshooting issues for the financial and budgeting systems.
• Assist with financial analysis reviews and periodic system audits to ensure integrity of the data being captured for reports and other output.
• Assist with auditing ERP users and respective user security settings.
• Update and maintain end user training job aids and system manual/documentation.
• Work with senior systems analyst on projects and new feature implementations.
• Assist with end user support including but not limited to password resets and work flow.
• Triage help desk tickets and escalate to appropriate analyst accordingly.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Must be current USF student during the appointed semester and meet the requirements of USF
• Familiarity of MS office products and Windows
• Strong customer service and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

2 years of education and/or prior experience in conducting business analysis duties or directly related activities
