Duties

• Perform a range of esthetic services including facials, body waxing, and skin treatments tailored to individual client needs.
• Utilize salon software to manage appointments, maintain client records, and track service history.
• Provide excellent customer service by effectively communicating with clients about their skincare goals and recommending appropriate treatments.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
• Stay updated on the latest trends in skincare and beauty treatments to provide clients with the best options available.
• Assist in promoting salon services and products to enhance guest experiences and satisfaction.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless guest services and maintain high standards of hospitality.

Qualifications

• Valid esthetician license as required by state regulations.
• Previous experience in a salon or spa setting is preferred; familiarity with hair styling or barbering is a plus.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively manage client relationships.
• Knowledge of body waxing techniques and straight razor shaving is advantageous.
• Proficient in using salon software for scheduling and client management.
• A commitment to providing exceptional guest services while maintaining professionalism at all times.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment while also being self-motivated.
