We are seeking adetail-oriented and proactive professionalwith solid experience in estimation and BOQ preparation for interior fit-out projects. The ideal candidate will play a key role in cost planning, project coordination, and ensuring that all commercial and contractual aspects are efficiently managed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Meet clients to determine their requirements and discuss any revisions in pricing or feasibility.
  • Prepare detailed cost estimates, BOQs, and quotations based on drawings and project specifications.
  • Negotiate labor contracts, material costs, and work schedules.
  • Advise clients and project teams on legal matters and potential disputes.
  • Monitor subcontractors, enforce safety practices, and track construction progress.
  • Manage material requirements and handle any changes that may impact costs.
  • Prepare accounts for labor and suppliers for payment processing.
  • Write detailed cost and progress reports for clients.
  • Review fit-out plans and determine quantity requirements.
  • Scrutinize maintenance, material costs, and contracts to secure optimal deals.
  • Liaise with site managers, clients, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation such as budgets, contracts, risk assessments, and reports.
  • Provide advice on cost-effective strategies and project improvements.
  • Track material usage and reorder supplies as necessary.
  • Document design or scope changes and update budgets accordingly.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or Engineering.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in the UAE (preferably in an interior fit-out company).
  • Proven experience in estimation and BOQ preparation.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Well-organized with strong planning and strategic skills.
  • Solid understanding of fit-out works, materials, and pricing.
