Estimation Engineer

Job description:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Estimation Engineer experienced in Piling to join our team and play a critical role in our project planning and execution.

Requirements:

• Min 5 years of experience in estimation works within Piling and Shoring field.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze project documents to understand requirements.
• Estimate quantities of materials, labor and equipment.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates for piling, shoring, and marine projects.
• Develop detailed bid proposals and cost breakdowns.
• Research pricing information for competitiveness.
• Adjust estimates for scope changes.
• Participate in site visits and client interactions.
• Preparation of variations as per the site requirements and follow-up.
• Data preparation after award/lost of any project.
• Negotiations with sub-contractors during tender and after award of project and co-ordination with Procurement manager in preparation of LPOs.
