Estimation Engineer

We are seeking Estimation Engineer for one of our clients based in Abu Dhabi

Accountability :

1. Submission of the Final Cost Sheet for the respective discipline in a timely manner incorporating all the Technical and Commercial aspects.

Authority:

1. Derive the Manpower and Material Costing for respective discipline

Duties & Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate tender documents regarding for any clarifications required.
2. Review tender documents, drawings, & schedules.
3. Preparation of RFIs for respective discipline.
4. Coordinate and Compilation of documents related to Technical & Commercial Submission for respective discipline.
5. Float RFQ to the Suppliers, Sub-Contractors, System Integrators, Distributors, etc and follow-up quotations.
6. Review and confirm compliance with the inbound quotations received.
7. Material Take-off and prepare detailed BoQ.
8. Detailed Costing for Manpower, resources, equipment, etc. for the respective discipline.
9. Final Compilation of the Costing for respective discipline.
10. Review and justify the final cost with Commercial Manager and incorporate the necessary changes as per the review.
11. Support Estimation Lead for the final merging & preparation of Technical Proposal.
12. Any other task from Commercial Manager or Estimation Lead.

Documentation & Reporting

1. To maintain organized records of all the information related to the tender such as Quotations, RFI, Addendum, PTC, Costing Sheets. Technical Proposals, etc. for the respective discipline.
