Estimation Engineer

We are looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Estimation Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in civil works, finishing, and fit-out projects within the Gulf region. The candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing tender documents, and supporting project teams during the bidding and execution phases. Key Responsibilities: • Prepare detailed cost estimates for civil, finishing, and fit-out projects. • Review tender documents, drawings, and specifications to determine the project scope. • Perform quantity take-offs and analyze material, labor, and equipment requirements. • Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to obtain competitive quotations. • Prepare BOQs, cost summaries, and tender submissions. • Support management in cost control, value engineering, and budget monitoring. • Evaluate and update estimation databases and maintain records of completed tenders. Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or related field. • Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in civil finishing/fit-out estimation within the Gulf region. • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and market rates. • Proficient in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and estimation software. • Excellent analytical and communication skills. • Must be currently residing in the UAE.
